Specialized Autism support

Accompanying professionals, families, and autistic individuals in building bridges between two worlds: neurodivergence and neurotypicality.

What I offer, for autistic individuals:

  • Learn to better understand yourself: a functional analysis of habits and relationships.

  • Support in rediscovering your true self by undoing outdated conditioning and exploring what truly motivates you.

  • Identify your goals and break them down into actionable steps.

  • Co-create and find individualized tools and adjustments, then follow up on their implementation and effectiveness.

  • Provide coaching support until you acquire the necessary skills to achieve your goals (self-regulation, personal organization, coping with changes, etc.).

What I offer, for parents and caregivers:

  • Help you better understand or rediscover the person you are supporting: formal or informal functional assessments, and most importantly, finding the best communication channel for both individuals.

  • Identify relational dynamics that no longer serve you and transform them.

  • Become aware of the virtuous circles that have developed in your relationships and strengthen them.

  • Analyze relational dynamics with key people (siblings, friends, etc.).

  • Identify and prioritize goals to be developed in consultation with you and the person you're supporting (even for non-verbal individuals).

  • Design concrete and measurable means to achieve these goals.

  • Share tools and methods on how to use them – I mainly rely on ABA, TEACCH, PECS, ESDM, PCM, cognitive-behavioral therapies, person-centered therapies, and social scenarios.

  • Work with you to track progress and adjust educational proposals.

  • Supervise the work of other professionals involved and collaborate with other specialists.

What I offer, for professionals and institutions:

  • Individual supervision of professional practices.

  • Team supervision.

  • Ongoing training (structured observation, task analysis, functional analysis, project design, implementation of specific techniques, tool construction).

  • Care coordination.

  • Analysis of relationships and psycho-emotional support.
