What I offer is an integrative therapy based on a person-centered relationship, built on equality and unconditional acceptance.


We will use specific techniques such as progressive relaxation, guided meditation, cognitive-behavioral strategies, functional analysis, artistic mediation, active listening, and emotional release techniques—each carefully tailored to your needs in the present moment.

The heart of this approach is You, because no one knows better than you what solution you need. My role is to accompany you through this process, helping you explore and clarify your experiences. I will act as a mirror, helping you get to know yourself more deeply, so you can achieve your goals:
