General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the specialized autism support services and psychological and therapeutic support provided by the micro-enterprise A Ton Ecoute (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider," "we," "our"). By confirming an order or making an appointment, the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client," "you") accepts these terms without reservation.

1. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which A Ton Ecoute provides specialized autism support services and psychological and therapeutic support. These services are provided through individual consultations or remotely (by phone, video conference, etc.), as agreed upon with the client.

2. Services Offered
The following services are offered:

  • Specialized autism support: Tailored support for individuals with autism, their families and caregivers, autism professionals, and institutions.

  • Psychological and therapeutic support: Psychological support sessions for adults, children, or families, to help manage various emotional and psychological aspects.

These services are described on the website https://radufocsa.wixsite.com/a-ton-ecoute and may evolve based on the Client’s needs and requests.

3. Appointment Booking and Reservation Terms
Appointments can be made via the contact form, email, or phone, depending on the Service Provider's availability. The client must provide accurate information when making the reservation, including details about their needs, so that the Service Provider can propose the most suitable service.

4. Rates and Payment
The service rates are indicated on the website at the time of booking. Prices are expressed in euros and are all-inclusive (VAT included), with VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Certain orders may require a prior quote, which must be accepted by the Client. Quotes issued by the Service Provider are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Payment Terms: Payment for services is made in advance or on the day of the consultation, as specified during the booking (via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Cancellation: In case of appointment cancellation, the Service Provider must be notified at least 24 hours before the session. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

5. Execution of Services
Services are carried out according to the schedule agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client. The Service Provider commits to delivering services professionally and in compliance with applicable standards.

6. Client's Obligations
The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their needs when making the appointment.

  • Respect the session times and notify the Service Provider in case of delay or cancellation within the specified time limits.

  • Not record the sessions without the prior consent of the Service Provider.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the discussions during the sessions.

7. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data
The Service Provider respects the confidentiality of information provided by the Client. Personal data collected as part of the contractual relationship is used solely for managing the services and is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Responsibility
The Service Provider takes all necessary measures to offer high-quality services but cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Client following the sessions. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results, especially regarding the effectiveness of therapeutic and technical support or supervision.

9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Client has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of booking the services, provided the services have not started before the end of this period. After this period, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

10. Force Majeure
The Service Provider will not be held liable in case of force majeure, as defined by jurisprudence, preventing the execution of services. In case of a force majeure event, the Service Provider will contact the Client to reschedule the services or offer an alternative.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, methods, or tools provided during the services are the exclusive property of the Service Provider. They are protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be reproduced or used without prior authorization.

12. Modification of the GTC
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after they are published on the website www.atonécoute.com.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the Client and the Service Provider will make efforts to find an amicable solution. If no solution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider's registered office.
